Primeload Trailers LLC operates with transparency and fairness. Because trailers are high-value equipment purchases, the following policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. 30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
Return requests must be submitted in writing within the 30-day window. Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for return.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the trailer must:
Not be registered or titled in the buyer’s name
Not have been used for hauling or commercial activity
Show no visible wear to tires, braking components, or structural elements
Remain in substantially the same condition as delivered
Not be altered, modified, or damaged after delivery
All of the above conditions must be met.
Primeload Trailers LLC reserves the right to inspect the trailer before approving a refund.
3. Restocking Fee
If the return is not due to an error, misrepresentation, or fault by Primeload Trailers LLC, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the return is due to a verified error on our part, no restocking fee will apply.
4. Delivery & Transportation Costs
If the return is due to our error, Primeload Trailers LLC will cover return transportation costs.
If the return is due to customer choice or circumstances not caused by us, the customer is responsible for return transportation costs.
Original delivery fees are refundable only if the return is due to a verified error by Primeload Trailers LLC.
5. Deposits & Order Cancellations
We require deposits prior to delivery.
Deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels before shipment and no delivery has occurred.
If a trailer has already shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
6. Delivery Damage Claims
Customers must inspect the trailer upon delivery.
Any damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Primeload Trailers LLC will coordinate directly with the transport company to resolve verified damage claims.
Failure to report damage within 72 hours may affect eligibility for claims.
7. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and the trailer has been received and inspected:
Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (bank wire or card)
Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
