7. Title, Registration & Taxes
The buyer is responsible for:

Title transfer
Applicable taxes
DMV filing requirements
Primeload Trailers LLC is not responsible for state-specific registration procedures beyond providing required documentation.
8. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery and acceptance of the trailer.
