What Makes the Integrated Tarp Shroud Different?
Most dump trailers come with bolt-on tarp kits that mount on the rear post and pull forward over the load. The CAM integrated tarp shroud is built into the trailer’s front bulkhead with a fixed roller assembly. Roll the tarp out, secure it to the rear gate, and you are done in 30 seconds. No bolt-on hardware to lose, no rear-post obstruction, and the shroud is sized exactly for the bed dimensions. For high-cycle landscape and snow operations, the time savings adds up over a season.

Why is this called HD?
HD (Heavy Duty) in CAM’s line means upgraded axles, integrated tarp shroud, scissor lift, and 10-gauge floor. The standard (non-HD) 7×12 has lighter spec components. For commercial-grade daily use, HD is the right tier.
Power up gravity down vs full power both ways?
Power up gravity down uses the cylinder for lifting and gravity for return. Less hydraulic system complexity, lower cost. For 95 percent of dump trailer use cases, gravity-down is fine since the bed always returns to flat empty.
Under-bed storage tray, what fits in there?
The under-bed storage tray is sized for tools, tie-down chains, ramp pins, gloves, and small parts. Lockable with a padlock. Useful for keeping job-site essentials with the trailer instead of in the truck cab.
